If you are in the Military or if you are a U.S. Citizen living Overseas, click HERE to download the REGISTRATION AND ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST - FEDERAL POST CARD APPLICATION (FPCA).

To report information changes, such as a change of your address of record (permanent home address), your mailing address, or your email address, please complete a new FPCA and send it to us at once.

** NEW! Effective August 28, 2010 **
A new FPCA form is required from you before each federal election cycle (a cycle includes both the August Primary and November General elections), and before each local election (county, city, etc.). Receipt of the completed and signed FPCA form, by mail, fax or email, is required to request an absentee ballot and to be eligible to vote.

Ballot information for an upcoming election is posted on this web site when it becomes available (On the Ballot). This information is usually posted eight weeks prior to the election day.
Completed ballots must be received by this office no later than the day of the election at 7:00 p.m. The ballot must be mailed, or delivered to this office by the voter in person.
